Folio 1-60 / Judicial investigation carried out in 1640 concerning a miraculous cure effected on a Christian Sangley (Chinese trader) named Juan Ynbin through the intercession of an image of Our Lady in the town of Caysasay in the Province of Balayan in the Philippines. With autograph signatures of the witnesses and of numerous friars, as also of the Archbishop of Manila, Don Fray Hernando Guerrero, and of various notaries etc. The last document of this process (fl.57) is dated Manila, 18 February 1640. / The preliminary leaf with the title is badly torn and damaged, but can be reconstituted to read more or less as follows: “Año de 1640 - Informacion que El Maestro Joseph Cabral, Beneficiado del Partido de Balayan [y Vicario] foraneo en esta Provincia a fecho en virtud del orden del Illustrissimo Señor Don Fray Hernando Guerrero Arcebispo Metropolitano destas Yslas, y del Consejo de Su Magestad sobre el milagro que Nuestra Señora de Casaysay usso con Juan Ynbin Sangley Christiano. Alonsso Marquez. Notario.”
