Miguel Garcetas, que lo es de esta santa i-
glesia de Manila, comisario general subdelegado

las; y al maestro don Gregorio Ruiz de Escalona,

tonio de Lomaña, y al licenciado don Diego de

of the miracle that Our Lady performed
through the image of Casaysay, said that:
in order that the said miracle
be determined so according to what it is stipulated by the Holy
Council of Trent, because this is a serious matter,
it might be sent to the Dean, the licentiate Don
Miguel Garcetas, who is of this holy
church of Manila the general official sub-delegate
of the Holy Crusade in this said
islands; and to Master Don Gregorio Ruiz de Escalona,
its archdeacon; and to the authorities and ´
superiors of all of the religious orders of

their opinions according to their theological
faculties. And likewise to the Licenciate Nicolás
Antonio de Lomaña, and to the licentiate Don Diego de
Vitoria, the counsels of the Real Audiencia
