En la ciudad de Manila a veintisiete de enero de mil seiscientos
cuarenta años, Su Señoría Ilustrísima el señor don fray Hernando Guerrero, arzobispo
metropolitano de estas islas Filipinas del Consejo de Su Majestad dijo que: por cuanto
el maestro Joseph Cabral, por comisión de Su Ilustrísima, ha hecho información
y calificado el milagro que hizo la imagen de Nuestra Señora de Casaysay con
Juan Ynbin, sangley cristiano, y para que tenga toda justificación lo escrito
y autos hechos mandaba y mandó se dé traslado de todo ello al licenciado Francisco
de la Roca, clérigo presbítero, promotor fiscal de este Arzobispado, a quien Su Señoría
Ilustrísima a mayor abundamiento nombraba y nombró por nuncio cursor en esta
causa, para que diga y alegue lo que hallare en contradictorio juicio. Y haga
el juramento de fidelitate en forma necesaria. Y dio comisión a mí, el
presente secretario, para que ante mí le haga y por este auto así lo proveyó,
mandó y firmó.

yo el infrascrito secretario notifiqué el auto de arriba y di traslado
de los autos e información que en él se refiere al licenciado Francisco
de la Roca, promotor fiscal de este Arzobispado, y aceptó el oficio de nuncio
cursor y hará lo que debe y es obligado; y así lo juró in verbo sacerdotis
de usarlo bien y fielmente. Y lo firmó de su nombre siendo testigos el maestro
Domingo de León y el bachiller Juan Fulgencio de Rivera, clérigos presbíteros.
Y de ello doy fe.

In the city of Manila, on the twenty seventh of January of sixteen
forty, His Most Illustrious Señor Don Fray Hernando Guerrero, the Metropolitan
Archbishop of these Philippine Islands of the council of His Majesty said that, according
