province of Camarines, that having received Don Bernabe
Siam, the current governor of the locals of this said pueblo, a mandate
from the alcalde mayor instructing him to publish and have published
a copy in the local language, which according to its content seems
to be an order from the superior government of these islands,
ordering the purchase in this province of four thousand
chinantas of abaca at two reales and two thousand gantas of coconut oil
at half a real among the locals who can

lengua bicol del orden del superior gobierno su fecha en
Manila en veinte y dos de agosto del año próximo pasado

of this province of Camarines for his majesty, the scribe
of the governor of this said pueblo saw and published a transcript in the
Bikol language of the order from the superior government dated in
Manila on the twenty-second of August of the past year
sixteen hundred and five, which mandates that this said province, offer four thousand chintas of abaca in fiber and two thousand gantas of coconut oil.
This has to be purchased among the natives who can provide it for the provision of the royal warehouses and outfitting of his majesty's vessels (whom God protects) at two reales per chinta of said abaca, half a real per quarter of said oil, which payment was executed today in my presence by said mayor without owing anything for this reason, and said transcript was ordered to be posted in the tribunal of this said town.
