conventos de este pueblo de Polangui y del de Sibón y ministro
doctrinero de los naturales de ellos, de este provincia de
Camarines certifico a los señores que lo que presente vieren de como
una orden del superior gobernador de estas islas
sobre que se compre para los reales almacenes de
la ciudad de Manila, cuatro mil chinantas de abaca
en rebaja a dos reales y dos mil gantas de aceite de
coco a medio real gantas que se paguen en tabla
y mano propria a los dueños que los dieren y se les
reparta a los que tuvieren con igualdad con
beneplácito mío. Se publicó el trasunto en lengua del
pais en la iglesia de este dicho pueblo por el escribano del gobernador
de él en concurso de muchos naturales acabado los oficios divinos.
Y fijó un tanto en parte pública y por
ser así verdad doy la presente Polangui. Noviembre,

convents of this pueblo of Polangui and of Sibón, and doctrinal ministers

Camarines, I certify to the gentlemen that what they see presented is
an order from the Superior Governor of these Islands
to purchase for the Royal Stores of
the city of Manila, four thousand chinantas of abaca
at a reduced price of two reales and two thousand gantas
of coconut oil at half a real per ganta, to be paid in kind
and directly to the owners who provide them,
and distributed equally to those who have it
with my approval. The copy was published in the
local language in the church of this said pueblo by the notary of the governor
in the presence of many locals after the divine offices were completed.
And a copy was fixed in a public place, and
to attest to the truth of this, I issue this certificate from Polangui. November
27, 1704.

said order was fixed in the tribunal so that it may be
notorious to all and to establish the truth of this
date on the said day, month, and year as above
