in the streets the order of the governor and
captain general of these islands on the sale
of abaca and oil in this province where the
sound of the drums roamed the streets
in the voice of Ambrosio Dorongco who is the
town crier; and after the proclamation,
my notice was affixed in the church lawn
of this town, that in attesting the truth of this all,
I gave this testimony before the
witnesses namely maestre de campo Don Julio German, Sargento Mayor
Don Manuel Acacio, and capitan Don Domingo,
