Certifico yo Fray Domingo Martínez por comisario provincial de los religiosos
de nuestro padre San Francisco de esta provincia de Camarines guardián y ministro
de doctrina del pueblo de Oas, como en la iglesia de
este dicho pueblo con mi beneplácito y licencia se leyó y
publicó el dia veinte y cinco del mes de noviembre del año
proxime pasado de mil seteciento y quatro después de los
divinos oficios estando el pueblo para ellos congregado un auto
del superior gobierno su fecha en Manila en veinte y tres
de agosto del sobredicho año de setecientos y quatro en que se
manda hacer el repartimiento de la bandala de aceite y abacá
y en su virtud se leyó dicho orden del alcalde de mayor de esta
provincia de Camarines el Capitán Don Juan de Encinas, declara tocar
de repartimiento de dicha bandala a este pueblo doscientas y diez
gantas de aceite y cuatrocientas y noventa chinantas
de abacá y para que conste de la verdad de suplicación
dí la presente, que es fecha en dicho pueblo de Oas en 23 de
Febrero de 1705 años

I, Friar Domingo Martínez, certify, as provincial, commissioner of the friars of our Father Saint Francis]] of this province of Camarines, guardian and minister
of doctrine of the town of Oas, that in the church of said town,
with my approval and permission, there was read and
published on the twenty-fifth day of the month of November of the past year, 1704, after the divine services, with the townspeople gathered for them, an edict of the superior government dated in Manila on the twenty-third of August of the aforementioned year 1704.
In this edict, the distribution of the bandala of oil and abaca is ordered, and by virtue of it, the order from the alcalde mayor of this province of Camarines, Captain Don Juan de Encinas, was read, declaring that this town's share of the bandala would be two hundred and ten gantas of oil and four hundred and ninety chinantas of abaca.
In order to attest to the truth of this declaration, I issue the present certification, made in said town of Oas on the 23rd of February, 1705.
