de coco a medio real la ganta; y de quatro mil chinantas
de abacá a dos reales la chinanta para el avío del
galeón que ha de salir para los reynos de nueva españa
y habiéndose publicado dicho orden y fijado en los tribunales
de dichos pueblos dí esta certificación en dicho dia mes y año

on August twenty-third of the same year 1704, in which
the governor commands the purchase of two thousand ganta of
coconut oil at half a real per ganta, and four thousand chinanta
of abacá at two reales per chinanta for the ship of
the galleon that is to depart for the kingdoms of New Spain.
And having published this order and posted it in the tribunals
of the said towns, I issue this certification on this day, month, and year,
etc.

has been properly notified; after the proclamation, a translation of this order
was affixed at the tribunal before many people. In attesting the truth of the foregoing,
I, the scribe, signed here in Guinobatan on november 30, 1704.
