Certifico yo Fray Carlos de Jesus guardián y ministro de este
convento de San Antonio de Padua del pueblo de Yriga como
el [verda] ser publicado un orden de real gobierno en que
dispone lo que se ha de [mercar] en aceite y abacá para la
provincia de los reales almacenes y despacho de navío para la Nueva
España lo cual fue intimado al gobernador de este pueblo
por el capitán a guerra por su magestad y alcalde mayor en estas
provincias de Camarines Don Juan Estevan de Encinas y para que conste
ser publicado y fijado en las puertas de la iglesia de esta firmada
de mi nombre para que conste adónde más convenga
que el fecha en esta convento de pueblo de Yriga en quince
días del mes diciembre de mil setecientos y cuatro años.

I, Fray Carlos de Jesus, guardian and minister of this
Convent of San Antonio de Padua of the town of Yriga, certify
that an order from the royal government says that
it should dispose of its oil and abaca that it owns for
the province of the royal stores and for the dispatch of the ship going to
New Spain. This was intimated to the governor of this pueblo
by the captain of war appointed by His Majesty and the Alcalde Mayor of these
provinces of Camarines Don Juan Esteban de Encinas. And so that it is known
it was published and posted on the doors of the church, signed by
my name so that it is taken into consideration as necessary.
It is presented and dated in the Convent|convent of this pueblo of Yriga on the fifteenth of the month of December of the year one thousand seven hundred and four.
