I am Alexandro Dimassacuid, the current scribe of the
capitàn bassal, Don Sebastian de los Angeles, here in the town of Nabua,
I hereby certify and give a truthful
testimony to any man who can see
this, today, Sunday, at about
10 in the morning, I proclaimed
in the streets the order of the governor and
captain general of these islands on the sale
of abaca and oil in this province where the
sound of the drums roamed the streets
in the voice of Ambrosio Dorongco who is the
town crier; and after the proclamation,
my notice was affixed in the church lawn
of this town, that in attesting the truth of this all,
I gave this testimony before the
witnesses namely maestre de campo Don Julio German, Sargento Mayor
Don Manuel Acacio, and capitan Don Domingo,
and other prominent men who listened
and bear witness, here in the town of Nabua, on the 23rd day
