también haber la hurtado en este dicho tiempo mientras
capítulo porque viniendo por prior el Padre Fray Juan de Montemayor
a este convento diciendo este declarante [un día]
que se viesen las joyas del niño. Les respondió el dicho padre prior
"pues joyas tiene el niño." Le respondió este que [declara]
"sí y de mucho haber." Y luego le replicó el dicho prior "[pues]
[si es an] si veámoslas." Y cotejándolas con la [memoria]
del Prior Fray Juan de Tujo se hecho de ver faltaba una cruz [pero]
no sabían si era la con que fue hallado el niño [y esta]
diligencia de ver las joyas se hizo después de haberse
ido de este convento el Padre Fray Antonio a Panay sin entregar a [ las]
[joyas], con la mucha prisa con que se fue a [cobrar]
la [cole[c]ta] [de arroz], porque había ocasión para embarcarse en
un champán.[ Y]esta es la verdad para el juramento
[ffo] tiene en que se afirmó y ratificó y dijo ser de [edad]
de cuarenta y ocho años poco más o menos y lo
firmó de su [nombre co[n]] su señoría reverendísima.

[aparecer] ante sí el Padre Fray Antonio Ximénez del cual fue recibido
juramento en forma de derecho en verbo sacerdotis
y de bajo de una censura y lo hizo y prometió
