I am Sebastian Cabagco, the current scribe of the capitan bassal here in the town
of Siminandig, Don Gabriel Tatad, I gave a truthful
testimony before the witnesses
because today, Sunday, at 12 in the morning [sic]
more or less, I proclaimed in the streets an order
of the superior government and captain general of these islands
on the sale of abaca and oil here in the province where
the drums were sounded and were roamed in the streets
in the voice of Bartolome Fernandez who was the pregonero
and after the proclamation, the order was affixed
at the door of the church of this town that in attesting the truth of
the foregoing, I gave this testimony before the witnesses
and the cabezas of Duluan, Don Domingo Sumlao,
sargento mayor = Don Phelipe Tomoga, cabezas and superintendent of the fields
and the capitan basal and the other cabezas and other witnesses
here in the town of Siminandig on the 30th day on the
month of november 1704.
