En el sitio de Palosapes, en treinta de enero de mil setecientos y diez años,
hice comparecer en mi presencia los indios empadronados en el pueblo de
Paniqui que se hallan en el dicho sitio de Palosapis para [efecto] de
reconocerlos y empadronarlos, y los que dijo Don Pedro Manungcot [que]
están empadronados en su barangáy son los siguientes:
Doña Catalina Tolonbanua, viuda, con cinco hijos, los siguientes:
Tomás Magale, indio de Tarlac, casado con Rosa Vita, hija de la dicha [ca].
Ítem Nicolás Catubiran, casado con Verónica Masna, con cinco hijos.

We are not the only ones experiencing this. Even the nearby
townships of Palosapis like Tarlac and Garlit are complaining, too.
Only because these townships are frequented by the Spaniards,
their people chose to return to Palosapis. [The Provinces of]
Pangasinan and Capangpangan repel whatever unlawfulness in
their towns, especially by the Zambals mingling with the
Pangasinans and Kapampangans. [If the same will not be done] in
the town our beloved King shown with grace but abandoned, no one
will recognize any authority. May you instruct all our constituents
who abandoned us for Palosapis to resettle again here in Paniqui,
so that altogether we can serve our Lord God with all humility.
Command us, your ignorant servants, because if that settlement in
Palosapis will continue and people will frequent there, it will kill this
depopulated Spanish-organized town [of Paniqui ]. = That is why we
implore to the Father Provincial, our master, to scrutinize the facts
we furnished you. So that you may lead us to what is right and be
worthy to the sacrament of Baptism in order for us to consummate
all our strength in manifesting to our Lord God our gratefulness and
to you, our Master Father who cares for us

I caused to appear before me the Indians listed in the town of
Paniqui who are present in the aforementioned site of Palosapes for the purpose of
recognizing and registering them, and those listed by Don Pedro Manungcot
in his barangay are as follows:
Doña Catalina Tolonbanua, widow, with five children, as follows:
Tomás Magale, an Indian from Tarlac, married to Rosa Vita, daughter of the aforementioned [ca].
